Full Moonlight at Taj Mahal

The Taj (Crown) one of the seven wonders in the world and a World Heritage site is best seen in the Full Moon Night. The Taj Mahal is a magnificent architecture built by Mughal Emperor ShahJahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It has been observed that Taj Mahal changes it colors during the Full Moon Night.

There is a special Entrance fee for Full Moon Night tour of The Taj Mahal. Night view of The Taj Mahal opens from 2030 Hrs to 0030 Hrs. Still or Video Cameras are not allowed inside the monument during The Taj Mahal Full Moon Night Tour. Special permission is required from the Government a day prior your tour day and being your travel partner, we will take care of the same requirement during your Full Moonlight at Taj Mahal.

The Taj Mahal now offers 5 Nights every month for full Moon Night Tour of the Taj Mahal. Entrance is restricted to maximum of 400 visitors each night (50 visitors in 1 Groups maximum of 8 Groups are allowed. Full Moon Light Tour of The Taj Mahal is not allowed on Fridays and during the entire month of Ramadan/ Ramadan and it is remains closed on all Fridays.

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi (By flight) and Old Delhi Sight Seeing

Tour Highlights:Redfort, Jama Masjid, Mahatma Gandhi memorial at Raj Ghat

On your arrival at New Delhi International Airport, our representative will traditionally welcome (Swagat) you and assist you in check-in to your pre booked hotel. After freshen-up, you will be escorted by our professional Tour guide to take you for the Delhi sightseeing. Today’s highlights will be Redfort, Jama Masjid, and Mahatma Gandhi memorial at Raj Ghat. At the end of the Delhi Tour, return to your hotel and relax. Here you have completed your first day of Full Moonlight at Taj Mahal Tour.

Day 02:New Delhi Sightseeing

Tour Highlights: Gate, President House, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple & Qutub Minar

After Breakfast, you will be escorted by our professional Tour guide and will be taken for the sightseeing of New Delhi. Today’s highlights will be India Gate, Presidential House, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple and Qutub Minar. At the end of the tour return to your Hotel and relax. Here you have completed your second day of Full Moonlight at Taj Mahal Tour.

Evening is free for leisure.

Overnight at New Delhi

Day 03: Delhi - Delhi - Agra (Approx 220 Kms)

Tour Highlights: Agra Fort & Moon Light view of Taj Mahal

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Agra. On your arrival at Agra, check-in to your pre-booked hotel. After Lunch, you will be escorted by our professional Tour guide and will be taken for the Agra sightseeing. Today’s highlights will be Agra Fort and Full Moon Light view of Taj Mahal. At the end of the tour return to your hotel and relax.

Evening is free for leisure and prepare for the Full Moon Night Tour.

Around 1930 Hrs, our guide you will escort you for the Full Moon Night tour of the Taj Mahal. Visit the Taj Mahal and experience the most memorable and everlasting impression. Taj Mahal seems very enthralling at dawn and sunset. At the end of the tour, return to your Hotel and relax. Here you have completed your third day of Full Moonlight at Taj Mahal Tour.

Overnight at Agra

Important Note: Taj Mahal remains closed in every Friday

Day 04: Agra – Delhi (200 kms, approx)

Tour Highlights: Shopping at local Market

After having breakfast, Check-out from your Hotel then our professional Tour guide will escort you for the remaining sightseeing of Itmad-ud-Daula Fort and will then take you to the local market for shopping of handicrafts or souvenirs for your family and friends. Later we will drive to Delhi for your onward journey.

On your return to New Delhi, our driver will transfer you to the Airport for your further travel to your Country.
